Di McLanachanDi McLanachan is a Master Practitioner of NLP, best selling author of 'NLP for Business Excellence' and has run her own training and coaching business since 1993. She has been featured in national newspapers, interviewed on radio and television and is the pioneer of NLP-based coaching on phone-in live radio for BBC Radio Solent.
Di was the first licensed UK trainer of Quantum Reading - speed reading at 30,000 wpm (a page a second) and is one of only three licensed trainers of Third Eye - a personality recognition skill based on the Myers Briggs profiling system. She is currently working on a book which will help coaches to recognise the personality types of their clients, enabling them to adopt a corresponding coaching style and thereby facilitate even greater successes.
Di works extensively in both the private and public sector, and is an approved Opportunity 2000 trainer - the Government-driven initiative to encourage more women into management.

Cherry ClausBefore establishing her professional Coaching practice, Cherry’s career spanning twenty years included 10 years as Managing Director of a UK subsidiary of an American organisation. Her experience also extended to delivering personal development workshops and training programmes.
Cherry is a former Director of Life Coaching for the UKCLC and has written and developed both Life Coaching and Corporate Coaching courses for several organisations.
Cherry has created a portfolio career incorporating all the things she loves to do: coaching, training, writing and developing courses and workshops together with taking guided tours of Europe.
She runs Focused Coaching, which offers both Life Coaching and Corporate Coaching together with bespoke workshops. Cherry also continues to develop coach training material for organisations and personal development courses for the general public.

Always possessing an incisive and compassionate understanding of people, she decided to take this to its natural end, embarking on a Life Coaching course, receiving her qualification with a distinction at the end of 2001. Gabrielle is passionate about coaching, and endeavours to motivate clients to achieve their full potential and feel invigorated, fulfilled and empowered by the process..
She is the designated Life Coach within the Wellness Support Team, which was created by Paul Lubicz, former health and fitness correspondent of The Sunday Times. The Wellness Team recently began work with Definitive Reflections Ltd., a company offering lifestyle management, which focuses on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle choices..
She is affiliated with The Muscle Help Foundation, a charity which supports organisations that are directly involved in muscle disorder research. In November 2003, Gabrielle starting coaching with Michael McGrath, co-founder of the Foundation, in preparation for his expedition to the South Pole. Michael became the first disabled person in the world to have conquered both the North Pole (2002) and South Pole (2005).

Who had to re-sit GCE “O” level English no less than nine times before passing, as well as having failed attempts at several business ventures before gaining a doctorate and more letters after his name than found in the English alphabet!
He has had over 100 articles published internationally. His first book: Make Your Walls Tumble: How To Change Your Impossible To Merely Difficult, Then Achieve Success, was published in the USA and was endorsed by people like Ruth Stafford Peale (wife of the late Norman Vincent Peale who became famous with his book, The Power of Positive Thinking), His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Dr. Jan Cooper, Richard Denny and the Bishop of Norwich just to mention a few. His latest book, (endorsed by our own Gerard O’Donovan and many others,) Mindful of Purpose: A Hero’s Quest For Excellence, is in the process of being published, (details of publication date will be released later).
