Although there are many courses available covering the importance of goals and setting goals, our innovative approach takes the concept one important and fundamental step further; and reveals how to actually achieve those goals. It will revolutionise your thinking about what is possible and set you down the path of self-awakening and fulfilment.

I believe that God, or the Creator, or the Supreme Being, or whatever you choose to call the Creator of the Universe, would never allow us the ability to dream without providing us with the means to fulfil those dreams.

This course takes a holistic approach to the concept of success and focuses on the many different, often conflicting, areas of our lives; family, career, relationships, belief systems, material aspirations and creativity, to bring about the harmonious balance necessary to nurture success. In other words, to make our dreams come true.

What do we really want from life? What are our true ambitions, dreams….goals? Only when we can clearly define those goals, can we plan to achieve them. This course will guide you through initial self-analysis and provide you with the effective tools to make those goals a reality.

As we enter a new millennium, how can we protect ourselves from the excesses of stress that permeate the very fabric of our society? Throughout the twentieth century, so many changes have taken place that the only constant is change itself. Human beings were not designed to cope with such a rapid pace of change. The resulting sensory overload leads to stress accumulation. Too much stress puts our bodily systems under strain, making us vulnerable to illness, both mental and physical.

Meditation has the power to heal both body and mind. Through meditation we can focus on our inner strengths and access our channels of self-healing to eradicate society’s constant stresses and toxins. Thus we can function more efficiently in whatever we may wish to do. Embedding meditation into our daily routines is an ideal way to prepare and lead us through our journey to reach our goals.

All participants will receive instruction in the ancient Indian meditation called Primordial Sound, revived in the twentieth century by Dr Deepak Chopra, the great Mind Body Medicine expert. Scott Milway was personally trained by Dr Chopra and through Scott’s association with the Chopra Centre for Well Being, participants will receive a certificate from Dr Chopra to confirm that they are fully qualified in Primordial Sound Meditation.
