When students enrol on one of our coach training programmes there comes a point when they have to do a live monitored coaching session which forms part of their overall assessment and pass mark.
These live sessions are run by very highly qualified coaches. You would need to be qualified at NMC Master Coach level, and be fully accredited by the ECI (European Coaching Institute) as an Accredited Master Coach or above, or the equivalent accreditation level with the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
