When students enrol on one of our coach training programmes there comes a point when they have to do a number of live coaching sessions with a Mentor coach ( who plays the part of the Client) followed by comprehensive feedback, guidance tips and direction. This forms part of their overall assessment and pass mark.
These coaching sessions are run by very highly qualified coaches. You would need to be qualified at Senior coach level or above, and be fully accredited by the ECI ( European coaching Institute) or the ICF (international coaching Federation)
